Cultivating Curiosity
Do you remember as a kid, when life felt like one big exciting adventure. That element of curiosity infused into everything we did? How amazing would it feel to tap back into that energy? The truth is that everytime we arrive to the mat or the cushion we are!
Besides, all the physical benefits of yoga and meditation, this practice - no matter how long or short, how gentle or intense, gifts us the ability to return to this mindstate of unbiased interest. We are given permission to participate without expectation and experience life from this perspective on wonder and innocence.
This week, I encourage you to practice with that intention. To return to this openness and pure curiosity that is and has always been there.
